ANALISIS PERBEDAAN OPERASIONAL PERUSAHAAN DAN PERSEPSI KONSUMEN SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH SERTIFIKASI HALAL
Abstract
The study was conducted to analyze whether there were differences in
company operations before and after certification and consumer perceptions of
differences before and after halal certification. The object of this research is a
company engaged in the bakery food industry, Pitaloka Bakery, which has had
halal certification since 2010. Data collection using interview methods and
documentation and data analysis using data triangulation techniques.
The results of this study indicate that Pitaloka Bakery understands and
understands about halal certification and the majority of consumers also
understand about halal certification. There is no difference in the production
process of Pitaloka Bakery, but there are differences in terms of the raw materials
used, namely in the 90s due to lack of information and information from the
authorities in managing certification.
