Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy on performance with stress as an intervening variable in Isuzu Astra Yogyakarta. This study uses a probability sampling method where all members of the population are sampled. The sample in this study were Astra Isuzu employees with a total of 66 employees.
