dc.description | This research aims to analyze the influence of placement and
employee motivation towards performance on The Regional
Secretary of Kulon Progo Regency with variable job satisfaction
as mediating variable. The number of samples used in the study is
as much as 130 respondents, all of the respondents was a clerk in
The Regional Secretary of Kulon Progo Regency. Data was
analyzed using descriptive and quantitative approach. A
descriptive analysis was carried out by manual, whereas
quantitative analysis using Smart-PLS. The results show that :
placement of employees have significant positive influence on
performance, placement of employees have significant positive
influence towards job satisfaction, job satisfaction did not
significantly to performance, motivation of employees has a
significant positive influence on performance, motivation of
employees has a positive influence towards job satisfaction, job
satisfaction does not mediate the placement of employees on
performance, and then job satisfaction does not mediate the
motivation of working on performance. | en_US |
