PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP IKLIM ORGANISASIONAL, KEPERCAYAAN, DAN KNOWLEDGE SHARING (Survey pada Perusahaan BUMN di Yogyakarta)
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership on
Organizational Climate, Trust, and Knowledge Sharing. And the influence of
Organizational Climate and Trust in Knowledge Sharing. The subjects of this
study were managers and supervisors level on BUMN companies in Yogyakarta.
The number of samples was 150 respondents using convenience sampling
techniques. Data is processed using AMOS. The results showed that
Transformational Leadership had a significant positive effect on Knowledge
Sharing, Transformational Leadership had a significant positive effect on
Organizational Climate, Transformational Leadership had a significant positive
effect on Trust, Organizational Climate had a significant positive influence on
Knowledge Sharing, and Trust also had a significant positive effect on Knowledge
Sharing . Finally, this research can be used as a review of the effect of
Transformational Leadership.
