dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Iklim Organisasional, Kepercayaan, dan Knowledge Sharing. Serta pengaruh Iklim Organisasional dan Kepercayaan terhadap Knowledge Sharing. Subyek penelitian ini adalah para manajer dan kepala bagian pada perusahaan BUMN di Yogyakarta. Jumlah sample sebanyak 150 responden menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Data diolah menggunakan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing, Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Iklim Organisasional, Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan, Iklim Organiasional mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing, dan Kepercayaan juga mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini dapat dijadikan tinjauan mengenai pengaruhKepemimpinan Transformasional.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Climate, Trust, and Knowledge Sharing. And the influence of Organizational Climate and Trust in Knowledge Sharing. The subjects of this study were managers and supervisors level on BUMN companies in Yogyakarta. The number of samples was 150 respondents using convenience sampling techniques. Data is processed using AMOS. The results showed that Transformational Leadership had a significant positive effect on Knowledge Sharing, Transformational Leadership had a significant positive effect on Organizational Climate, Transformational Leadership had a significant positive effect on Trust, Organizational Climate had a significant positive influence on Knowledge Sharing, and Trust also had a significant positive effect on Knowledge Sharing . Finally, this research can be used as a review of the effect of Transformational Leadership.en_US
