PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, ROTASI KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN BAITUL MAAL WAT TAMWIL (Studi Kasus Pada Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Bina Ikhsanul Fikri Yogyakarta)
Abstract
This research as a purpose to examine the impact of the work environment on employee satisfaction, job rotation test toward to the satisfaction and employee performance, Beside that in this research examine the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. Object of this research is in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Bina Ikhsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative research. Data were collected using a questionnaire, distributed to employees working in BMT BIF Yogyakarta. As many as 71 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using multiple liner regression analysis by applications SPSS version 20. The results showed that there were significant positive effect between working environments on job satisfaction and employee performance BMT BIF Yogyakarta, not the influence of job rotation on job satisfaction and employee performance BMT BIF Yogyakarta, in other words the positive influence the rotation of the work on job satisfaction and employee performance BMT BIF Yogyakarta unsupported, the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction BMT BIF Yogyakarta, in other words the positive influence of organizational culture on employee satisfaction BMT BIF Yogyakarta is not supported, but there is a significant positive impact of organizational culture on employee performance BMT BIF Yogyakarta.
