dc.description | This research was done to analyze the effect of role stress and professionalism toward the performance of structural officer in Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria the officer structural were also as a lecturer in faculty level. Obtained sample as many 64 respondents. Analysis data technique used multiple linier regression tests.
Based on the result of multiple linier regression obtained that there was negative significant effect of role stress toward the performance of structural officer in Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. There was positive significant effect of professionalism toward the performance of structural officer in Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh role stress dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja Pejabat Struktural Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria pejabat struktural yang juga menjadi dosen di tingkat fakultas. Diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier ganda.
Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi berganda diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan role stress terhadap kinerja pejabat structural Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pejabat struktural Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. | en_US |
