OPTIMALISASI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA MELALUI PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA LEMBAGA ZISWAF (Studi Kasus Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta)
Abstract
Human resources are the heart of a company or institution. As a social and Islamic institution, Dompet Dhuafa also has the same belief that human resources are the heart of its institution. The company’s success in achieving its vision and mission is determined by the optimal human resources through character building and human resources development. This research is a qualitative field research. This research is aimed at investigating how character is built, and how human resources are developed in achieving the optimal human resources. The data of the research were gathered from observation, documentations, and interviews with the branch leaders of Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta, the manager of remo, and other human resources of Dompet Duafa Yogyakarta. The research analysis uses qualitative analysis that is by conducting data reduction, data display, and formulating conclusion. The findings of the research indicate that Dompet Dhuafa Yogyakarta has built its human resources’ characters well. The same thing also happens in developing its human resources. Its way in developing the human resources has been relatively good. However, those two aspects still need to be developed to optimize its human resources.
