dc.description.abstractThis research is to analyze The Influence Of Work Conflict, Stress, Organizational On Employee Performance, Study On The Offices Of Financial Wealth Management Areas,Halmahera Timur. The subject of this research are the employees of Financial Wealth Management Areas in North Halmahera . In this research, the sample are 70 respondents who are chosen with the purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used was Multiple Linier Regression (SPSS). Based on the analysis that has been done, the results shows that the variables of work Conflict, Stress, and Organizational Climate the employee working performance in The Office Of Financial Wealth Management Areas Halmahera Timur.en_US
