TINGKAT KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS KONSUMEN TERHADAP SAYURAN ORGANIK DI SUPER INDO PARANGTRITIS YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
The aims of this research are to know consumers’ satisfaction level, consumers’ loyality level, and correlation between consumers’ satisfaction and loyality of organic vegetables in Superindo Parangtritis. The location determination was done purposively, considering the location which is one of the supermarket in providing organic vegetables in Yogyakarta city. The participants who were involved in this study were 72 consumers which taken by accidental way. Technique of collecting data using questioner, then analyzed with descriptive and rank spearman. The results of this study indicate that consumers’ satisfactory level and consumers’ loyality level in the high category with the highest derived from the product. There was correlation between consumers’ satisfactory and loyality of organic vegetables in Superindo Parangtritis.
