PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN VARIABEL KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI INTERVENING
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Leadership on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction As Intervening Variable. Subjects in this study were employees of PT.TASMA PUJA, especially field employees or plantations located in Kampar Riau area. In this study the number of samples used based on questionnaires that can be used is amounted to 197 questionnaires / respondents who have been selected using the method of purposive sampling that is based on the criteria of working period of 5 years. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Amos 22.
Based on the analysis that has been done, it is found that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, direct positive direct influence on employee performance and leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening ).
