PROSES KREATIF PADA DESAIN KAOS QIMOJAPARA DISTRO CLOTHING COMPANY JEPARA
Abstract
Visual communication design is delivering a message from one person to another through visual language by using various media. This study aims to analyze the creative process in making Tshirt design by Qimojapara in introducing social culture of Jepara city through T-Shirt media.
This research used descriptive case study method and using qualitative analysis. The object of this research is Qimojapara distro clothing of Jepara. Methods of data collection using interviews and documentation. Using qualitative analysis for the technique, and triangulation of source for check the validity.
Based on the analysis of the data that has been presented. Researchers found some of the things in the creative process implemented by Qimojapara. First, Qimojapara does research in information search to create design concepts. Second, develop and evaluate the result of research. Third, sketching as a design concept that will be visualized. Fourth, the coloring process using supporting software in the design. Fifth, the visual communication design displayed by Qimojapara through T-Shirt displays in illustrated form.
