PERBANDINGAN KINERJA ANTARA KARYAWAN YANG MEMPELAJARI DENGAN YANG TIDAK MEMPELAJARI ILMU KEUANGAN SYARIAH:PERSPEKTIF PIMPINAN
Abstract
The aim of this study was to found out the differences of staffs’ performance who learn or do not learn The Financial Sharia on The Financial Institutions Concept in Yogyakarta. The subjects of this study were whole of staffs from The Financial Sharia Institutions that take participation. There are 30 respondents who gave their times to answered the questioner in order 30 samples from each of groups have determined characteristics used technique collecting sample Purposive Sampling method. Analysis method in this research used Independent Sample T-Test.
The result of analysis proved that staffs’ performance that learned The Financial Sharia was better than staffs that did not learn it. Result of second testing showed the differences of working performance among staffs who learned and who did not learn The Financial Sharia on The Financial Sharia Institutions. Result of third testing found differences The Work Ethic among staffs who learned and who did not learn The Financial Sharia on The Financial Institutions Concept
