      Abstract
      The life of every human being is governed by the Al-Quran and Hadith in Islam. One of them is a business activity. To run a business, Islamic business ethic is an important aspect to be implemented by every Muslim seller. Ideally, Muslim sellers should understand and implemented Islamic business ethic well in hope to maintain the quality of their sold goods and to run a business according to the teaching of Islam. Thia research aims to find out the Islamic business ethic of food sellers in Malioboro street Yogyakarta. The basic concept of business ethics is derived from business nature Rasulullah SAW, namely siddiq, amanah, fathanah, and tabligh. This research is field research using descriptive qualitative to analyze the data. The selected population was the food sellers in Malioboro street Yogyakarta. Questionnaires were used in this research as the supporting data. Meanwhile, interview was used to obtain the data in depth. The finding indicates that the implementation of Islamic business ethic in food sellers in Malioboro street has been nearly all good. However, after conducting the research in depth, in the aspect of amanah, it was found that the street sellers still commit violations such as littering.
