“ANALISA TROUBLESHOOTING SISTEM BAHAN BAKAR DAN ENGINEPADA GOKART DENGAN MESIN SUZUKI SATRIA FU 150 TAHUN 2010”
Abstract
To allow a motorcycle that we ride move and speed up on the road, the wheel of a motorcycle is required to be has power to move and to drive it required machine. The purpose of this research is to know how to work the fuel and engine system on gokart with a Suzuki Satria FU 150 engine in year 2010, and to know troubleshooting on fuel and engine gokart with a Suzuki Satria FU 150 engine 2010.
The research methodology used namely by means of observations directly and measurement and comparisons in components engine and fuel, conducted on gokart with a Suzuki Satria FU 150 engine 2010. The data research results analyzed by means of comparing with a standard directly obtained from engine, and then it is concluded and determines the result in the form of data.
The research results analyzed troubleshooting on fuel and engine system on gokart with a Suzuki Satria FU 150 engine 2010 showed components from fuel system still good. Diameter size of carburetor 26,00 mm, and the size pilot jet 12,5 mm, and size of main jet 110 mm. for its engine obtained data, the piston diameter 61,97 mm and the ring piston diameter 1 is 1,01 mm while a fissure ring piston 2 is 1,03 mm. Both of them were still good and properly used so had yet necessary replacement components.
