PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
The study aims to analyze the influence of Job Motivation on Employee Preformance with
Job Satisfication As Intervening Variabel. Subject in this study were employees of RS PKU
Muhammadiyah Gamping. Methods in this study using the census technique that all
employees can be respondents in the study
The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Amos 22.
Based on the analysis that has been done,it is found that Job Motivation has a
significant positive effect on employee Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a significant
positive effect on employee performance, Job Motivation has a significant positive effect on
employee performance and Job Motivation has a siginificant positive effect on employee
performance through job satisfaction as intervening.
