Many colleges in Indonesia make a strictly competition between them. Alumnus as an important role for the educational institution, this not only as a tool for measuring the performance quality and ability of education implementation, but also alumnus has a big role as one of the standart or a feedback to perfection of education system. One of the effective data serving model is a dashboard system. This can be seen from complexity, interactivity, and informative data that be served. Therefore, this research aims to build a dashboard system in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This research is done in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This research employed a dashboard lifecycle method in the implementation. The researcher employed this method for the phases in this method can recur and the data can be developed. There are six phases in this method, i.e. project initiation, designing phase, building phase, testing phase, rollout phase, and monitoring phase. With that method, this research shows data of quantity of yudisium student, quantity of graduates, GPA average of alumnus, study length average of alumnus, and quantity of alumnus per level of graduation in the academic year 2012/2013 until 2017/2018 in accordance with the acreditation form and needs analysis. Dashboard system can give informations about alumnus in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in 2012 until 2017. Dashboard system is ready to applied as tool of decision support in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta espesially as the strategy of quality improvement and alumnus empowerment strategy in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta
