| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Sekolah dan Motivasi kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Islam Al-Azhar 5 Cirebon. Dengan menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden dan menggunakan metode teknik analisis data yaitu regresi berganda serta penelitian ini dibantu oleh komputer menggunakan program SPSS versi 21.
Berdasar kepada analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru melalui mediasi keterikatan guru pada guru SMP Islam Al-Azhar 5 cirebon. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the influence of Principal Leadership School Climate Motivation Work against Teachers Performance. Subjects in this study were all teachers of Islamic Junior High School Al-Azhar 5 Cirebon. By using the 30 respondents as the samples and using the method of data analysis techniques multiple regression, this study assisted by the computer using SPSS program version 21.
Based on the analysis has been done, the results obtained that the leadership of the principal has a positive effect on teachers performance, school climate has a positive effect on teachers performance, and work motivation has a positive effect on teachers performance through mediation of teacher attachment to teachers of Islamic Junior High School Al-Azhar 5 cirebon. | en_US |
