dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture to Employee Engagement in the Local Employment Agency Special Region Of Yogyakarta. In this study amounted to 50 respondents who determined by using the census. Analysis toll used in this study is the SPSS 21. Based on the analysis that have been made the results are the Transformational Leadership positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement and Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement.en_US
