PENGARUH MOTIVASI INTRINSIK TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation on
employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening
variable. Information obtained from this research is very important for the
organization as a material consideration to improve employee
performance. The subjects of this study were employees at the District
Office in the western part of Sleman Regency.
The sampling technique in this study was a saturated sample.
Methods of collecting data using questionnaires which finally obtained as
many as 75 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis with the help of
SPSS 17.0 program. The results of this study indicate that intrinsic
motivation affects employee performance, intrinsic motivation affects
organizational commitment, organizational commitment influences
employee performance, intrinsic motivation on employee performance is
mediated by variable organizational commitment.
