| dc.description | This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on altruism behavior through happiness as a mediating variable. In this study a sample of 110 respondents were selected using the Convenience Sampling method, which is based on the ease of obtaining it. The population in this study were employees at the Kasongan Pottery Craft Center in Bantul Regency. This research. processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis with AMOS program as its analytical tool. Data is obtained directly by distributing questionnaires.
The results of the study show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on altruism behavior. Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on altruism behavior. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on happiness. Happiness has a positive and significant effect on altruism behavior. Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on happiness. and happiness can mediate the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on altruism behavior. | en_US |
