PENGARUH KETIDAKAMANAN KERJA TERHADAP KEINGINAN PINDAH KERJA DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI MEDIASI (STUDI PADA PT BUMMY HARAPAN UMAT YOGYAKARTA)
Abstract
This research was design to examine the effects of job insecurity on the turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on non-permanent employees. Research data collected by giving the questionnaires to 76 employees and data analyzed with SPSS version 16.0. The results of simple and multiple regression analysis showed that the 1st and the 2nd hypothesis was not proven, the 3rd hypothesis was proven and then the 4th hypothesis was not proven. Job insecurity was found positively not significant toward turnover intention and was found negatively not significant toward job satisfaction while job satisfaction was found correlated to turnover intention. Further job satisfaction was not found mediate the effects of job insecurity on employees’ turnover intention.
