dc.descriptionThis study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership and organizational culture on performance. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The population of this research is all 110 employees of SMA N 1 Terbanggi Besar, amounting to 110. The analytical tool used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMA N 1 Terbanggi Besar. Research suggestions, improve servant leadership that will have an impact on the strength of organizational culture and improved performance.en_US
