PENGARUH JOB INSECURITY TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT. IGP INTERNASIONAL KLATEN
Abstract
This research is a kind of quantitative research that is by using a mathematical model wich depart from theorytoward data resulting from an object. This study aims to discuss the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between job insecurity with turnover intentions at PT.IGP Internasional Klaten.
The sample technique in this study used participants and 72 respondents were collected. The technique of answering data using a questionnaire. Data analysis methods used are simple regression, multiple regression, and path analysis with SPSS version 23. The results of the study indicate that job insecurity negatively affects job satisfaction, job insecurity does not affect turnover intention, job satisfaction negatively affects turnover intention, and job satisfaction mediates the relationship between job insecurity and turnover intention
