THE CHARACTERISTIC OF CHARACTER EDUCATION ATTEMPTED TO BE BUILD AT MADRASAH MUALLIMIN MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Schools and teachers have an important role to bulid the characters of students, because they are directly interact with students in their daily life. Schools and teachers should be able to build the students character. One particular example is Madrasah Muallimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, which has applied character education. The results of this research showed that there were nine values of character in Madrasah Mulallimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta which was implemented.
