Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the Effects of Company Size, Sales Growth, Profitability, Asset Structure to the Capital Structure Manufacturing Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Object of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2010-2014. In this study the samples used were 155 companies that were selected using purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression.
Based on the analysis that has been done shows that partially the size of the company has no significant effect on the capital structure. While the company's growth and asset structure significant positive effect on the capital structure. Profitability as well as significant negative effect on the capital structure.
