PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DIREKTIF, KEADILAN KOMPENSASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT PURA GROUP
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of directive leadership style, equity compensation and
work stress on employee performance Pt. Pura Group. Sample in this study are employees Pt.
Pura Group, metodde analysis used is multiple regression analysis and using validity,
reliability test, t test, F test, classic assumption test and coefficient terminated. The data obtained
from this study is the primary data taken from the questionnaires that are filled by the respondents
employees, the population of this study is employees Pt. Pura Group with a sample of 222 employees.
The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style Directives significant positive effect
on the performance of employees, equity compensation significant positive effect on employee
performance and job stress significant negative effect on employee performance.
