dc.description | Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas sesuai
dengan tanggung jawab yang dibebankan kepada semua karyawan.Burnout dan
lingkungan kerja non fisik diyakini akan mempengaruhi kinerja guru SLB N 01
Bantul Yogyakarta dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.Semakin tinggi
lingkungan kerja non fisik dan semakin rendah burnout maka semakin tinggi pula
kinerja guru SLB N 01 Bantul Yogyakarta.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik
dan burnout terhadap kinerja guru (studi pada kinerja guru SLBN 01 Bantul
Yogyakarta). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.
Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang bekerja di SLBN Bantul
Yogyakarta.Dalam penilitian ini menggunakan semua sampel yaitu 67.Responden
yang dipilih yaitu dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang
digunakan adalah regresi liner berganda.
Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan
kinerja non fisik berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SLB
N 01 Bantul Yogyakarta, sedangkan untuk burnout berpengaruh negatif dan
singnifikan terhadap kinerja guru SLB N 01 Bantul Yogyakarta. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Employee performance is the work of employees in performing their duties in
accordance with the responsibilities assigned to all employees. Non physical work
environment and burnouton the performance of teachers (study on the performance
of outstanding state school teachers 01 Bantul Yogyakarta). achieving the goals that
have been set. The higher the non-pshycal work environment and the lower the
burnout, the higher the performance of outstanding state school teachers 01 Bantul
Yogyakarta.
This study aims to analyze the influence of non-physical work environment and
burnout on the performance of teachers (study on the performance of outstanding
state school teachers 01 Bantul Yogyakarta). This research is descriptive research
with quantitative approach. Subjects in this study were teachers working in
outstanding state school 01 Bantul Yogyakarta. In this study using all the samples is
