PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK DAN BURNOUT TERHADAP KINERJA GURU
Abstract
Employee performance is the work of employees in performing their duties in
accordance with the responsibilities assigned to all employees. Non physical work
environment and burnouton the performance of teachers (study on the performance
of outstanding state school teachers 01 Bantul Yogyakarta). achieving the goals that
have been set. The higher the non-pshycal work environment and the lower the
burnout, the higher the performance of outstanding state school teachers 01 Bantul
Yogyakarta.
This study aims to analyze the influence of non-physical work environment and
burnout on the performance of teachers (study on the performance of outstanding
state school teachers 01 Bantul Yogyakarta). This research is descriptive research
with quantitative approach. Subjects in this study were teachers working in
outstanding state school 01 Bantul Yogyakarta. In this study using all the samples is
