dc.description | This study aimed to analyze the influence of work family conflict and job satisfaction on performance of female teachers of junior high school in Brondong District. The subjects in this study were teachers who are married. The number of respondents used in this study were 58 female teachers. The type of data in this research is primary data and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical method using path analysis (path analysis) were used to determine the direct and indirect influence.
Based on the analysis that has been done the result is that the work family conflict does not affect the job satisfaction of female teachers of junior high school in Brondong District, work family conflict does not affect the performance of female teachers of junior high school in Brondong District, and job satisfaction positive and significant impact on the performance of female teachers of junior high school in Brondong District. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work family conflict dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru wanita SMP di Kecamatan Brondong. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang sudah menikah. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 guru wanita. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan hasilnya adalah bahwa work family conflict tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada guru wanita SMP di Kecamatan Brondong, work family conflict tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pada guru wanita SMP di Kecamatan Brondong, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada guru wanita SMP di Kecamatan Brondong. | en_US |
