PENGARUH STRESS KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and compensation on performance and satisfaction as intervening variable case studies on 3 gas stations under the management system. This study used a purposive sampling method with certain criteria or considerations. The sample in this study were all SPBU employees with a total of 62 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaire collection. Data analysis techniques used The results showed that work stress does not affect satisfaction, compensation affects satisfaction, satisfaction does not affect performance, work stress does not affect performance, compensation does not affect performance, work stress does not affect performance through satisfaction as an intervening variable compensation does not affect performance through satisfaction as an intervening variable.
