      Abstract
      This research is quantitative research that is a scientific approach to managerial and economic decision making. This study uses an approach with the formulation of the problem, arranging the model, obtaining data, making solutions, testing solutions, analyzing results, and implementing the results of research. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee creativity through self efficacy as mediation. The subjects of this study were employees in the Tourism Village of Batik Gulurejo and Ngentakrejo. The sampling technique in this study was all members of the population of the three batik industries in the Batik Gulurejo and Ngentakrejo Tourism Village. The data collection method uses a questionnaire consisting of 26 statements. The respondents in this study were 106 employees. Data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS program as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between transformationomal leadership and employee creativity, there is a relationship between transformational leadership and self efficacy, there is a relationship between self efficacy and employee creativity, and self efficacy can serve as a mediation between transformational leadership and employee creativity.
