dc.description | This study aimed to analyze the influence of Ethical Leadership, Trust and
Organizational Justice on the Performance Area Lecturer in Higher Education
Yogyakarta. The subject of this research is a lecturer who worked at the Faculty of
Economics at the institution. In this study sample of 250 respondents were selected
using purposive sampling method. Totaling 250 questionnaires were distributed and
237 questionnaires were returned and can be examined using multiple linear analysis
model. The analytical tool used is the IBM SPSS Statistics 23.
Based on the analysis that has been done, the result that Ethical Leadership
and Trust Lecturer positive effect on lecturer performance and Organizational
Justice Lecturer no effect on performance. | en_US |
