ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT NASABAH MENGGUNAKAN PEMBIAYAAN MURABAHAH
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the customers’ interest in using murabahah financing product. The object in this research was BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Central Office Yogyakarta. In this research, the total number of members was 41.108 members and the members using murabahah financing product were 27.483 which was 67% of the total number. The samples were 50 members using murabahah financing product which were selected using the Quota Sample method. Methods used were data analysis methods such as statistical descriptive method, classical assumption analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on the analysis conducted, the result shows that the product quality has positive and significant influence toward the customers’ interest in choosing to use murabahah financing product and the service quality has positive and significant influence toward the customers’ interest in choosing to use murabahah financing product
