PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, CORPORATE ETHICAL VALUES, PERSONAL COST, KESERIUSAN PELANGGARAN DAN JOB SATISFACTION TERHADAP NIAT MELAKUKAN WHISTLEBLOWING
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, corporate ethical values, job satisfaction, the seriousness of violence and personal cost towards whistle blowing intention. This test uses whistle blowing as the dependent variable, organizational commitment, corporate ethical values, job satisfaction, the seriousness of violence and personal cost as an independent variable.the sample used was a individual of Regional Govermment Organization. This research uses purposive sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Based on the questionnaire distribution process, 171 respondents were obtained. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression using software applications SPSS v. 15. The resul of this study shows that organizational commitment, corporate ethical values, job satisfaction, the seriousness of violence and personal cost have positive effect on the whistle blowing intention.
