PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This research was conducted to obtain evidence regarding the direct effect of job stress, job satisfaction on employee performance and the indirect effect of job stress on performance with job satisfaction. The object of this research is the employee of Merak Avian Tasikmalaya Company aims to examine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between work stress and employee performance at the Merak Avian Tasikmalaya company.
The sample technique in this study used a population of 52 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis methods used are simple regression, multiple regression, and path analysis. The results showed that job stress had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance, job stress had a negative and significant effect on performance and job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of job stress on employee performance.
