PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSI DAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional and spiritual intelligence on employee performance with a commitment as an intervening variable. The subject in this study was permanent employee Ahmad Dahlan University. In this study ,sample of 195 respondents were selected using non probability sampling by determining the sample using the method of saturation, Analysis tool used in this study is the AMOS.
Based on the analysis that have been made the results are the emotional intelligent does not affect organizational commitment,spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, emotional intelligent has a positive and significant effect on performance, spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational commitment is not significantly moderated effect emotional intelligent of performance, organizational commitment is not significantly moderated effect spiritual intelligent of performance.
