This research to knowing effectiveness of the training of human resources of islamic banks (study case of PT. BPRS Margirizki Bahagia of Bantul). Data used in this research has qualitative data in the form of primary data obtained in the form of interviews, observations, and documentations. Anality of data using object in this research that PT. BPRS Margirizki Bahagia at Bantul and the subjects that employees who atten to training program. The form of training have applied in MRB adapt to employees needded.
