dc.description | This research aimed at testing the influence of services quality, product atribute, communication quality, profit sharing / yields / rent toward customers loyalty of baitul maal wat tamwil. The population of the research was the customers Baitul maal wat tamwil on merchants in Beringharjo market Yogyakarta, with sample number of 48 respondents. Meanwhile, the sample collecting technique in this study was purposive sampling. The hypothesis in this research was tested using double linear regression.
The result of the research showed that service quality had positive and significant influence towards the customer loyalty in baitu maal wat tamwil. However, the product atribute, communication quality, profit sharing / yields / rent showed that the result did not influence significantly towards the customer loyalty in syariah bankin | en_US |
