PENGARUH MODAL SOSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA INDIVIDU DALAM KELOMPOK DAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This study aims to determine the Effect of Social Capital on the Performance of Individuals in Groups and Employee Engagament As an intervening variable. The sample in this study is all students in Yogyakarta who have status as worker / employee. Data collection technique is using Questionnaires with Likert Scale from 1 to 5. Sampling technique used is Convenience Sampling, the sampling technique that takes the easiest elements, the selection of this element depends entirely on the assessment of researchers so that researchers are free to determine the easiest element . The sample in this study amounted to 101 samples. The analysis technique used is SEM.
The results of this study indicate that social capital positively affects the performance of individuals in groups either directly or through employee engagement.
