PENGARUH KEADILAN DISTRIBUTIF DAN KEADILAN PROSEDURAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the effect of distributive justice and procedural justice on job satisfaction of permanent employees on campus of Muhammadiyah University Yogyakarta by using multiple linear regression analysis. This research involves two independent variables namely distributive justice and procedural justice and one dependent variable is job satisfaction. Besides, the sample taken in this research is 80 out of 258 permanent employees of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. The results of this study found that distributive justice has an effect on job satisfaction and procedural justice influence to job satisfaction. The results of this study is important to be discussed further for further research, trutama for job satisfaction at employees of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. This study discusses the influence of distributive and procedural justice on the job satisfaction of permanent employees on the campus of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta and this researcher get a very good response from the employee of campus university of muhammadiyah yogyakarta.
