ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KUALITAS LAYANAN TRANSPORTASI ONLINE (GO-JEK)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze Go-Jek price, ease to access, and competitor’s prices againts the quality of online transportation services (Go-Jek’s). This research was conducted at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta and became the respondents of study were students of the Faculty Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The number of respondents that used in this study was 178. The type of data being used is primary data and data collection techiques using the survey methods with questionnaire tools. Data analysis this study uses multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate the relationship between Go-Jek’s price, ease to access, and compertitor’s prices on service quality. Relationship between Go-Jek’s prices on service quality is positive and significant, relationship between ease to access on service quality is positive and significant, and relationship between compertitor’s prices on service quality is positive and significant.
