The study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability, Likuidity, Growth, Size and Leverage on Dividend Policy in sector Property and Real Estate companies that listed in the Indonesian stock exchange period 2013-2017. In this study sampel of 53 using purposive sampling which was then acquaired 21 property and real estate. The type of data used is secondary data using annual financial statements and ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory), analytical tool used is multiple linier regression with Eviews Aplication. Based on the analysis that have been made the result are the Profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Likuidity has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Growth has a significant negative effect on dividend policy. Size has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Leverage has no effect on dividend policy.
