PENGARUH LOKASI, PELAYANAN, PROMOSI, ASPEK SYARIAH, DAN BIAYA TRANSAKSI TERHADAP MINAT MASYARAKAT DALAM BERTRANSAKSI DI PEGADAIAN SYARIAH
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of location, service, promotion, syariah aspect, and transaction cost towards public interest in using islamic pawnshop. The samples used in this study are customer of pegadaian syariah at DIY. The samples were taken using convenience sampling method. Based on the distribution of the questionnaire, 59 respondents were obtained as the samples. The analytical tool in this research uses multiple regression with software applications SPSS v. 15. The result of this research shows that service has a positive effect in the public interest, transaction cost has a negative effect in the public interest. Location, promotion, and syariah aspect has no affect in the public interest.
