dc.descriptionThis research was conducted at the University of Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. by analyzing the effect of Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention and work stress variables as intervening variables. The subjects of this study were contract employees of the University of Aisyiyah Yogyakarta, with the number of contract employees 45 respondents. This study uses SPSS version 16.0 software analysis tool with teknil Path Analysis. Based on the research that has been done on contract employees at the University of Aisyiyah Yogyakarta, the results show that job insecurity variables have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and job stress is not able to mediate between job insecurity and turnover intention.en_US
