      Abstract
The Parangtritis road KM.8 s.d KM.12 DI Yogyakarta has considerable potential for disasters such as floods, earthquakes, landslides and subsidence. This study aims to create a multi-disaster preliminary map, determine the level of disaster hazard class using ArcGIS software, and identify damage in visual on the street. The method used in making tentative maps is the method of scoring (scoring) and weighting, f urthermore identification of road damage using the PCI method was carried out based on the disaster-prone map that was flooded, because the flood disaster was the most influential disaster on the functional road and road user safety. The results of the study show that floods and subsidence disasters are high potential disasters in the research area. Based on the results of the disaster map which has the potential of flooding along the 1.5 km, so that the results obtained from testing the damage to the road that has the potential for flooding, the average PCI value is 41.53 (fair). PCI testing starts from sta. 12 + 600 d. Sta. 13 + 600 and 15 + 800 d. Sta. 16 + 300.
