PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA KANTOR CABANG MUARA BULIAN)
Abstract
This research aims at identifying the influence of transformational leadership style, motivation, and working discipline toward the employees’ performance. The information gained from this research is highly crucial for related companies as a consideration in implementing an improvement of the employees’ performance.
The research subject is the employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Muara Bulian Branch Office, Batanghari Regency, Jambi selected as the research object. The data collection method uses questionnaires technique method gained by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents. The data is analyzed using Multiple Regression.
The research finding shows that transformational leadership influences the employees’ performance. Motivation influences the employees’ performance and working discipline. Thus, transformational leadership, motivation, and working discipline have significant influence toward the employees’ performance.
