PENGARUH DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI KANTOR BADAN USAHA KREDIT PEDESAAN SLEMAN
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the Influence of organizational support and work motivationon employee performance in office enterprise sleman rural credit. This research is quantitative research. Subjects in this study were all employees in the office Enterprises Rural Credit Sleman. Rural credit business entities located in Area Sleman Sleman Yogyakarta.
Techniques of data collection using questionnaires, with a total sample of 69 respondents. This study uses a sampling method saturated. The analysis tool used is multiple linearregression with the help of a computer application SPSS 22. Based on the analysis that has been done shows that the organization support positive effect on employee performance and motivation positive influence on employee performance.
