PENGARUH ATMOSFER, PERSEPSI KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN PERSEPSI HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA SECRET GARDEN COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE DI YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
The research is quantitative that the researcher analyze the influence of
atmosphere, perception of service quality and perception of price to satisfaction
of customer on Secret Garden Coffee and Chocolate in Yogyakarta with
questionair to 120 customers in purposive sampling for probability sampling and
uses Likert scale by Regresi Linear Berganda form.
Atmosphere has positive and significance influence to satisfaction of
customer in significance value 0,000 < 0,5 and simultance value is 16,739.
Perception of service quality has positif and significance influence to satisfaction
of customer in significance value 0,008 < 0,5 and simultance value is 16,739.
Perception of price has positif and significance influence to satisfaction of
customer in significance value 0,002 < 0,5 and simultance value is 16,739.
Variable of atmosphere, service quality and price has positive and
significance to satisfaction of customer on Secret Garden Coffee and Chocolate
on Yogyakarta.
