PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN DINAS PERKEBUNAN, PETERNAKAN, DAN PERIKANAN (BUNAKAN) KABUPATEN TEBO
Abstract
This study aims to analyze and know empirical evidence regarding the influence of leadership style and interpersonal communication to the job satisfaction of employees. This study performed on employees of office plantation, livestock, and fisheries District Tebo Jambi Province. Number of samples in this study is 51 respondents.
Sampling technique used was non-prability sampling that is saturated sampling where all of employees be used as a sample of research. Methods of data collection used questionnaires distributed to all respondents related variables of leadership style, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction of employees.
Based on the t test result, variable leadership style and interpersonal communication has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of office plantation, livestock, and fisheries District Tebo Jambi Province.
